The time it took to process leave applications manually particularly for weekends
Very simple, we did a Skype training session as a group, one staff member was assigned the "GO TO" staff member for any simple issues that may be solved before contacting Boardingware. The Boardingware Help Centre is invaluable, its user friendly, supported by screen shots and caters for hard to solve problems which are rare. The chat and email support are excellent.
Support is always excellent and have experienced very few issues with response time and then it is usually because of the difference in time zones. I would encourage everyone to use the Help Centre in the first instance. For new innovations Boardingware staff are always keeping us up to date making sure we are making the most of the features available.
Easy ! The fact that it saved so much administration time, no paperwork is involved, it was very easy to use and it supported us with our Duty of Care responsibilities. These factors made Boardingware a huge winner on our campus. Plus the fact that we had the amazing support from the Boardingware team.
The fact that staff have welcomed and embraced Boardingware. Staff look forward to our info sessions at our regular Boarding staff meetings to learn new things about Boardingware that we can implement to make our admin lives even easier.
Definitely the Help Centre and, I love the home board where you can see all girls and where they are at a glance.
Check if it is able to be integrated with other systems already in use or even how it can compliment them or replace them. Boardingware also has many features that can be customised to suit the specific need of your school.
Boardingware solved all our leave applications issues basically. It gives us the opportunity to know where our students are at all times, streamlines the leave approval process and most importantly is easy to use and we are well supported by Boardingware staff. The students and parents have adapted easily to using Boardingware and it is now second nature to all of us.
